Refund policy

I want you to be happy with what you bought from me. If something is wrong, here is how we handle it.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (Books, Hats, Shirts, Prints, Drinkware)

You have 30 days from the day your order ships to request a return. To qualify:

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Signed and personalized books are final sale and cannot be returned unless damaged in transit. Custom or limited-edition items are final sale unless defective.

To start a return, email shop@jeremybarker.com with your order number and the reason. I will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

You pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or wrong. If your return is approved, your refund hits your original payment method within 7 business days of when I receive the returned item.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

If your package arrives damaged or you got the wrong item, take a photo and email shop@jeremybarker.com within 7 days of delivery. I will replace it or refund you, no return required. My cost, not yours.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital files (downloadable PDFs, audio, etc.) are final sale. No refunds.

EVENTS AND COACHING

Refund terms for events, speaking, or coaching are spelled out in the individual booking agreement, not this page.

SHIPPING REFUNDS

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless I shipped the wrong item.
