By using shop.jeremybarker.com or buying anything from this store, you agree to these terms. Here they are in plain English.

WHO RUNS THIS STORE

shop.jeremybarker.com is owned and operated by Jeremy Barker (me) as a sole proprietor based in Utah, USA. When I say "I" or "we" below, that is me. When I say "you" or "your," that is the person reading and ordering.

WHAT YOU CAN BUY

Books, apparel, prints, drinkware, and other merch listed on the store. Some products ship directly from third-party fulfillment partners (Amazon KDP for books, Printful for apparel and prints). Some ship from my office (signed editions, limited drops). I list the fulfillment source on each product page.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

I do my best to keep prices and stock accurate. If I list something wrong by mistake (a $200 hat at $2), I reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you fully before shipping.

PAYMENT

I accept the cards listed at checkout, plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your card is charged when the order is placed. If a charge fails, the order does not ship.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it as long as it has not shipped. Email shop@jeremybarker.com fast. After it ships, you have to use the refund policy.

WARRANTIES

I sell you a product as-is. I stand behind the quality, but I do not warrant that any product will perform a specific function or solve a specific problem in your life. Books are opinion and experience, not legal or financial advice. Talk to your own lawyer or CPA before making business decisions based on what you read.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent allowed by law, my liability to you for anything related to this store is capped at the total amount you paid me in the last 12 months. I am not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site (writing, images, design, the JGB logo, "Founder Fallout" branding, podcast clips) is my intellectual property. You can quote short excerpts with credit. You cannot reproduce, resell, or repackage my content commercially without written permission.

USER CONTENT

If you post a review, share a photo of your purchase, or tag me on social with my product, you grant me permission to repost or feature that content with credit to you. You keep ownership; I just get a license to share.

ACCOUNTS

You can shop as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for your login credentials. Tell me immediately at shop@jeremybarker.com if you think your account is compromised.

PROHIBITED USES

Do not use this site to defraud anyone, harass anyone, scrape data, run automated bots, or violate any law. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any legal reason.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by Utah law. Any disputes will be resolved in Utah state or federal court, unless both parties agree to arbitration first.

CHANGES

I can update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
